The food truck "HOWL DELI" primarily operates throughout Tokyo. Our chef, who trained at a famous Italian restaurant featured in manga and TV dramas, creates Italian cuisine. We also utilize Japanese ingredients, drawing on his experience at Japanese restaurants and sake bars, to serve dishes tailored to Japanese tastes. We also operate a second truck, "Penguin Shokudo," as well as a brick-and-mortar location at "HOWL DELI Ariake Urban Sports Park."
